We've been through this route multiple times before, from fresh to clearing Naxxramas - in a smooth and efficient way, while having a lot of fun. The leadership has decades of experience in running a guild and the drama is close to zero with maximum transparency around everything within the guild. Outside of raids you can expect World PvP events, and premades lead by experienced multiple rank 14 players. Assignments and loot are handled through spreadsheets. Active community, both in-game and on discord, with several different games being played. Multiple raid teams, active leadership, good organization, speed focused raid clears, parse focused raid teams. Four different raid rosters. Alt-friendly, for people who wish to raid on multiple characters.

What we expect from you: Experience, skill, the will to be on the top of your respective class, performance and the same mindset, activity, willingness to help. Maintaining the general vibe and atmosphere of the community is a priority. Your personality and character is just as important as your experience and skill. We are looking for players that can show up with a high attendance long term, focusing on min-maxing your character as much as you can. Always get full world-buffs (including wcb for most classes) and only the top consumables. No diva or drama attitude. Help your guildies as much as you can.

Recruiting: Raid spots are competitive so exceptional players can apply regardless of class. We are especially looking for healers and warriors for our parse raid teams. All exceptional players will be considered for each raid roster, regardless of class.
